How do I manage orders when there are two systems? Orders are manage using a centralized system, where there can be many customer’s sites and one writer’s site. Imagine you have 100 customer’s sites; it could be hectic logging into the back end of each to manage orders. When an order is posted, it reflects on both customer’s site and writer’s ends from where writers can bid or pick. When you upload or a writer uploads an order via writer’s end, it immediately reflects on customer’s site for the customer to download, and this applies to any action taken to change order status. When you send a customer message via writers end, they get an email notification and can log into customer’s site to view and reply. The customers however, will not know the writer’s site.
