The Menu Element allows you to display or construct a menu. It contains different menu types for different parts of your site.
There are 3 built in menu types:
Main Menu
Allows you to select a WordPress Menu (added under Appearance > Menus) and displays as a dropdown-capable menu bar. This menu is responsive and displays as a Hamburger Menu on mobile devices.
Stacked Menu
Allows you to build a list of vertically stacked menu items
Inline Menu
Allows you to build a list of horizontally placed menu items

Fusion : Extension - Copyright
The Copyright Element adds a copyright to the page with the year and copyright symbol. The year on the copyright updates automatically, so once the Element is added, there's no need to periodically update it.

The Blog element displays a roll of all posts created on the site anywhere you place it. You can customize what gets displayed on the roll for each post; mix-and-match displaying one or all or a few of the following: Featured Image, Excerpt, Author, Date, Categories, and Tags.

Fusion : Extension - Post Details
The Post Details Element can pull in the post title, author, post date, category, and tags added to any given page. Typically, this Element is used for individual blog post pages where you may want to pull in some or all of that data at the beginning of the post.
