A simple plugin that allows you to modify the link that is displayed when you use the <!--more--> feature. Also lets you remove the anchor link to turn off the jumping behaviour. You can also choose to have the more link open in a new window/tab.
You can choose to have just plain text, or also include the post's title. If you chose to include the title, you can limit the number of characters/words that are displayed in the title. Also allows you to add ellipsis (...) to the title if it has been truncated. All the options can be found in "More Link" tab under "Options" in admin page.
Read More Excerpt Link
When WordPress makes an excerpt from your post content, it crops the content and adds an ellipsis [...] to the end. This plugin changes the ellipsis to a Read More link to the full post content.
You can change the Read More link text to anything you wish from the Read More Excerpt submenu on the W.........
Admin Collapse Subpages
Simple plugin that allows you to collapse subpages in the Pages admin list also for custom post types that are heirarchial. Especially helpful if you have a ton of pages /cpt's with heiararchial set to true. It uses a cookie to save the expand/collapse status of your pages.
