Headroom.js is a lightweight, high-performance JS widget (with no dependencies!) that allows you to react to the user's scroll. The header slides out of view when scrolling down and slides back in when scrolling up. This improves usability of websites that have longer articles. Headroom.js widget code is coded by Nick Williams (http://wicky.nillia.ms/headroom.js).
Plugin is designed for Twenty Thirteen template but should work on any theme. By default, it uses Twenty Thirteen navigation css class ".navbar" under "Sticky Class" setting field and that should be modified for other themes (if different) to make it work.
