WPSiteSync for Content is a tool that allows you to Synchronize content between WordPress installs. This allows you to have a development or staging site where you can create content and have it approved, then synchronize that content to another live install. When Syncing content, all meta data, attachments, taxonomy and other information for the the Content is moved.

The WPSiteSync for Content plugin was specifically designed to ease your workflow when creating content between development, staging and live servers. The tool removes the need to migrate an entire database, potentially overwriting new content on the live site, just to update a few pages or posts. Now you can easily move your content from one install to another with the click of a button, reducing errors and saving you time.
While WPSiteSync for Content is optimized to work with local development tools such as DesktopServer, it is designed to be fully functional in any WordPress environment.
The WPSiteSync for Content Features:
- Synchronize Content (posts and pages) between sites.
- Automatically updates taxonomy information.
- Synchronizes meta-data (including meta-data created with Advanced Custom Fields).
- Synchronizes attachments, moving image files between sites.
Important Note: The WPSiteSync for Content plugin is currently in beta. While we have done a lot of testing, we feel that making this available to the public will help us in testing on more environments and with a wide variety of configurations, themes and plugins. As such, we do not recommend using this tool in production environments yet -- but we welcome your feedback and suggestions on how we can make this better.
