Gravatars are great. But many people don't have them. Wouldn't it be nice if, when a user was filling in the comments form, the page could automatically detect and show a users gravatar, if they have one? Or even better, show a sign up link if they don't have one? Well, here you go....
It's hard to keep up with a private blog because there's no good way to subscribe to it. Subscription plugins aren't great because generally you have a finite number of people you want to get to it and asking each one to do a double-opt-in is annoying, and you still wouldn't have anything for commen.........
